Vinification: After a gentle pressing of the clusters, the must is carefully fermented and the wine receives its secondary fermentation following the Charmat method. The resulting wine expresses the highest degree of all the qualities.

Description: A greenish-flecked straw yellow and fine, persistent perlage. The aroma is fruity and flowery with hints of ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers. The dry, soft and flavoursome sensation on the palate is followed by a fruity and harmonious aftertaste.

Pairing: Prosecco is a tasty aperitif. Try pairing a nice chilled glass with some classic Italian snacks (olive, nuts, crostini) or paired with refined finger foods, raw seafood and finest preparation of fish.
